How It Works

  1. Build Your Wishlist

    Add items to your Wishlist as you browse through our vast inventory. A dedicated team member will be on hand to answer questions and provide styling recommendations.

  2. Submit Your Wishlist

    Once you've finalized your selections, it's time to submit your wishlist to be reviewed and approved. Please be sure to enter all required information on the submission screen. Only one wishlist is required per reservation.

  3. Approve Your Quote

    Upon submittal of your wishlist, we will process your quote and send it to you for your review and approval. Once approved, a nonrefundable 50% down payment is required to secure your rental items and event date.

  4. Delivery + Beyond

    Our white glove service includes premium delivery services, marked with special attention to timeliness and details. All rentals will be delivered by our team per our agreement and timeline.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a callβ€”we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • Pre-reservation: DBWC will schedule a meeting (call or virtually) to review the client rental needs, services and availability of request.

    Reservation: If the client would like to confirm quote, a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation along with a signed contract to reserve your event, rental equipment and service. The items listed on the quote are not being held for you at this time and are subject to availability until confirmed.

    The remaining balance shall be paid in full at least 14 business days upon the event date. If rentals/services are booked within 30 days the total order amount will need to be paid in full.

    We also offer aβ€―Net 30 Programβ€―for qualified corporate clients.

    Methods of Payment: DBWC accepts cash, certified check, direct deposit, CashApp, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A 3.5% convenience fee will be included in your total if you elect to pay via credit card or online portal.

    Our cancellation policy is as follows:

    • Deposits areβ€―non-refundable

    • Cancellations made withinβ€―30 days of the eventβ€―may be subject to full payment 

  • Additional cost will be applied prior to the client quote closeout for any delivery, setup, strike, installation, licensed operator, technician, and/or travel accommodations as needed.

    Pricing will be discussed during consultation so full scope of work and logistics will be factored in.

    Advance coordination of on-site visits is essential for proper planning and execution, ensuring safety, security, and efficiency.

  • For best availability, we recommend booking: 

    • 1-2 years in advance for full scope design services

    • 12 months+ in advanceβ€―for peak wedding and event seasons 

    • 10-12 months in advanceβ€―for corporate events and galas 

    • At least 8-10 months in advanceβ€―for smaller-scale events

    • Last-minute orders may incur aβ€―rush fee and availability is not guaranteed

  • We will certainly work with you in the event of unforeseen cancellations or act of god, epidemic/pandemic.

    While all payments are nonrefundable, regardless of the reason, clients are subject to a full company credit for up to six months from the original event date unless otherwise stated. Please be advised, clients are permitted up to 1 rescheduled event dates within a six month period. After this, client must forfeit credit and submit a new wish list and restart the booking process. A rebooking fee is also required once a new date is selected.

  • Clients areβ€―fully responsibleβ€―for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Charges will be applied based on the item’s replacement cost.

  • The pricing includes a full 24 hour rental for events. DBWC do not charge additionally if the delivery occurs the day before and pickup the day after. Anything beyond a day before or day after, additional fees will be applied. Long term rentals are prorated at a discounted rate.

  • There is no rental product minimum for orders; however some of our rental products come in set rack and pack quantities.

    > Dinnerware, chargers, flatware, and napkins are rented in packs of 10.  > Glassware are rented in full racks.  The size of the glass determines the number of glasses per rack. Racking ensures accurate counts and keeps the product in sanitized conditions.

    The pricing goes based on the size of the invoice and distance.
